leg from Charlie Drazba to keep it close. They had already gotten far away from the rest
of the field. Doddridge had moved into 3rd, just ahead of Charleston Catholic. Williamstown was
running in 5th, and I think it was Pendleton in 6th. St. Marys moved into the lead on the 3rd
leg, but Buffalo was just a 2nd behind. Charleston Catholic used a strong 2:03 leg from Marcus
Black to pass and get away from Doddridge. Doddridge was still in 4th with Williamstown still
in 5th, and Pendleton still in 6th. St. Marys received a 1:59 anchor leg from Derek Renner,

Catholic easily held the 3rd spot. Williamstown caught and passed Doddridge, but Doddridge fought
back to retake the spot at the finish line. Tucker moved into 6th on the final leg. Buffalo's
crew of Isaiah Robinson, Evan Childers, Jonathan Torman, and Dylan Rich set a new Class A
State Meet Record. St. Marys shattered the old record as well. Buffalo's time of 8:09.05 is
good enough to be the 9th Best All-Time Class A-AA State Meet Performance.

Meet Record. Mason also topped 52'0 as the pair outthrew the rest of the field by nearly 5'.
Williamstown's Evan Smith topped 47'0 in taking 3rd. No one else was over 42'0.
